Where to start in New York
The New York State Society of Physician Associates (NYSSPA) names its 2026 student scholarship recipients but does not post criteria, so contact the society to ask how to apply.
The rest are for one program. St. John's University lists three, including one for students headed into orthopedics and one requiring a 3.5 GPA. Stony Brook University sends applications for its two awards to students each spring. At another New York program, ask your financial aid office about awards it does not publish.
