What each platform sells, and the total
Breeze Ed's didactic plan includes seven things a PA student can use from the first semester on: a didactic question bank, PANCE-level questions, an End of Didactic practice exam, OSCE simulation, an AI tutor, a flashcard system and clinical reference. Many PA programs provide a question bank, so check what yours already pays for.

Where the platforms differ
- End of Didactic practice. Breeze Ed includes a 225-question End of Didactic practice exam, timed at 225 minutes.[5,6] Blueprint lists End of Didactic exams for programs but not for students, and the others list none.[3,4]
- PANCE-level questions in the same plan. Breeze Ed's didactic plan includes 2,500+ PANCE-level questions, so you can practice at board level before rotations begin.[5] AMBOSS, UWorld and Osmosis include PANCE questions too; Blueprint sells its PANCE Qbank separately.[2,11,14,17]
- OSCE practice. Of the products here, only Breeze Ed includes it: 29 PA cases you run by voice, each with scored feedback. The annual plan includes three case credits a year.[5,7]
- Paying month to month. Breeze Ed's didactic plan is $24.99 a month.[5] The others sell set terms, from one month to two years, paid up front.
Where Breeze Ed fits
Blueprint and AMBOSS have the larger didactic banks.[1,11] Breeze Ed puts a didactic bank, PANCE-level questions and an End of Didactic practice exam in one plan for less, with flashcards in four study modes, 800+ clinical guides, and an AI tutor you can talk to or type to.[8,9,10]
When you reach rotations, the same account moves up to the Clinical & Graduated plan, with 14 EOR exams and three full-length PANCE exams. The 3-year plan, $799.99 in one payment, covers didactic year through the PANCE.[5] For the clinical-year comparison, see Rosh Review Alternatives.
