Rosh Review, now sold by Blueprint Prep, sells its PANCE and rotation question banks as a $489 bundle, and its live review course, with a full-length mock exam, separately. Together they cost $869,[1,2] and they include no OSCE practice, AI tutor or flashcards.[3] Breeze Ed's annual plan, $399.99 a year, includes a PANCE question bank, EOR exams and full-length PANCE exams, plus OSCE cases you run by voice and an AI tutor you can talk to. Plans start at $39.99 a month.[4] Below is the same package priced on Rosh Review and seven other platforms, from each vendor's own pages as of November 1, 2026.

What each platform sells, and the total

Breeze Ed's Clinical & Graduated plan includes seven things a PA student needs from the clinical year to the PANCE: a PANCE question bank, EOR exams, full-length PANCE exams, OSCE simulation, an AI tutor, a flashcard system and clinical reference. Many PA programs provide a question bank, so check what yours already pays for.

  • Breeze Ed, $399.99 for a year: Clinical & Graduated plan, 1 year, with 3 OSCE case credits; all 29 cases come with the 3-year plan, $799.99 ($399.99).
  • Rosh Review, $869 for a year: PANCE Qbank, Rotation Qbank and Mock Rotation Exams bundle, 12 months ($489), plus Live review course, which includes a full-length mock exam, 90 days ($380).
  • UWorld, $399 for a year: QBank, 360 days ($399).

Where the platforms differ

  • Full-length practice exams. Breeze Ed includes three 300-question PANCE practice exams in every Clinical & Graduated plan.[4,5] Smarty PANCE includes one, and BoardVitals sells one as a $25 add-on.[18,29] Rosh Review, UWorld, AMBOSS and Hippo list none with the question bank itself.
  • EOR exams in the same subscription. Breeze Ed includes 14 EOR practice exams, two for each rotation.[4,5] Rosh Review and Hippo sell their EOR products separately.[12,28]
  • OSCE practice. Of the products here, only Breeze Ed includes it: an OSCE simulator with 29 PA cases you run by voice, each with scored feedback and an optional graded SOAP note or oral presentation. Annual plans include three case credits a year.[4,6]
  • Paying month to month. Breeze Ed is $39.99 a month.[4] The others sell set terms, from two weeks to a year, paid up front.

Pass guarantees, read closely

Several vendors promise a refund or more time if you do not pass, but the conditions differ. Rosh Review refunds only students who have completed its whole 3,800-question Qbank, and offers others a 6-month extension. BoardVitals' needs a plan of three months or longer and your fail letter.[14,30] Breeze Ed's applies once you have answered 300 of its questions before your exam: if you do not pass, send your NCCPA score report within 30 days for a refund or a free extension.[10]

Where Breeze Ed fits

Breeze Ed is built to be the one subscription you need from the clinical year through the PANCE. The Clinical & Graduated plan includes a PANCE question bank, 14 EOR practice exams, three full-length PANCE practice exams and an End of Curriculum exam, billed at $39.99 a month or $399.99 a year.[4] Annual plans add OSCE cases you run by voice, with AI actors, labs, imaging and a physical exam, and an AI tutor you can talk to or type to.[6,7] None of the other platforms here describes either as working by voice.

A free supplement
